Initial has provided full washroom and hygiene services since the 1967 and in that time have built many long-term relationships with our customers thanks to our commitment to service excellence.

History

Initial began as a towel rental service, trading in England in 1903 when Mr A.P.Bigelow saw a gap in the market. His unique offering included providing each customer with their initials embroidered on their towels – and hence the Initial Towel Supply Company was started. Over the years the business expanded and developed globally. In 1996 it was acquired by the Rentokil group and renamed Rentokil Initial. Rentokil added international know-how and business acumen to the group’s operations, and the two businesses still trade separately under the Rentokil and Initial brand names.
